I had handed over my 1 BHK flat to Interior Company by Square Yards in July 2023. They promised to complete the Interior Work within 3 Months. They took 100% of the Money in advance - around ₹11 Lakh!!! Till date they haven’t handed over my Flat & left leaving with only half the work done & whatever work was done is also sub-standard!!! I got in touch with Ainsley who runs Kreative Design Interiors in January 2024 who was very empathetic & took over the responsibility to complete the work left half done by Interior Company by Square Yards. Ainsley has been very prompt & proactive & to extremely reasonable. I regret not having met him earlier!!! I would have saved a few Lakhs of my hard earned money!!! Ainsley completed the job well within the promised time & did a good job with the Interiors. Although it has been more than 3 months since I received the handover of my flat from Ainsley, he is still available even for the smallest of issue as & when it crops up!!!
